I think there is a lot to be gained by engaging both ends of the bell curve. They each teach you something the other can use. Newbies teach you humility and how to explain something that can sometimes feel unexplainable and the front edge shows you the possibilities and challenges you to translate that into something the average person can use. I bounce between these worlds every day and love it. Douglas No need to leave behind the edge. I think there is a lot to be gained by engaging both ends of the bell curve.
